Paramount no longer requires face coverings, but current state and local government orders strongly recommend that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, continue to wear appropriate face coverings while indoors.
Will there be hand sanitizer stations?
Yes, there will be sanitizer stations located throughout the Studio Lot.
Do you have cleaning and sanitizing protocols in place?

I have a reservation for today but I’m not feeling well, what should I do?
You should not arrive to the Paramount lot if you are feeling ill. Please call Guest Relations at 323-956-1777 as soon as possible so we can reschedule you for another date and time.
Are Studio Tours available every day of the week?
When the Studio Lot is open to outside visitors, Studio Tours are generally available every day with the exceptions of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter. Please check availability when booking online. Tours depart every 15 to 30 minutes depending on the season.
Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
Due to high demand and limited availability, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance through our website. Walk-ups are welcome and tickets are sold on a “first come, first served” basis.
Are there age restrictions?
Children over 10 years old are welcome. An adult must accompany all minors under the age of 18.
In what languages are the Studio Tours offered?
All Studio Tours are currently offered in English only.
What is the cancellation policy?

Studio Tours are offered rain or shine and take place indoors and outdoors. Please dress weather appropriate for your comfort.
Is photography allowed?
Videography is not permitted. Still photography is allowed. Your Tour Host will advise you of which areas of the studio are permitted for photography.
Can I store my luggage?
Guests can bring their luggage to the Studio Tour Center for storage.
How do I qualify for a Group Tour discount?

Paramount Pictures Melrose Gate: 5555 Melrose Ave, Hollywood, CA 90038 Rideshares must proceed through the Security gate for pick-up and drop-off.
How early should I arrive for my tour and what do I need to bring to check-in?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time to allow enough time to park, check-in, and visit our Studio Tour Center. Guests 18 and older are required to present a legal form of photo identification to enter the studio.
