What is the difference between Adult ticket and Kid ticket?
The height requirement restricted by the ride manufacturers is the main criteria that distinct Adult ticket from Kid ticket. Adult ticket is for persons above 130cm while Kid ticket is for person between 101-130cm. Kids below 100cm has a free access to the amusement park and the waterpark.
Does Siam Amazing Park offer a discount ticket for senior guests and guests with disabilities?
Thai senior citizens (age 60+) and guests with disabilities who present a national identification card or a disability ID card are entitled for a free access to the park. Please complete the registration form at the customer service counter and bring it over to the ticketing counter for ticket redemption.
If I am entitled to a special ticket as a senior citizen or guest with disabilities but I forgot to bring a real identification card, how could I get a free access to the park?
Siam Amazing Park reserves the right to decline the request for a free access for senior citizens and guests with disabilities who can’t present a real identification card. Senior guests and guests with disabilities with no identification card will get the same ticket offers as other guests.
Do children below 100cm need a ticket to access the park?
Siam Amazing Park offers a free access to the park for children below 100cm, no registration or ticket required.
Can children below 100cm get on the rides?
Children below 100cm can go on some of the rides with their parents if there rides have no height restriction. They can also enjoy the waterpark with other family members. Anyhow, all children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
What are advantages of purchasing tickets online?
Siam Amazing Park offers special ticket prices and promotion for an advanced purchase via our official website www.siamparkcity.com and a special lane for online ticket redemption at the main gate.
How many days in advance required for an online purchase?
Only 1 day in advance required for an online purchase. For example, if you are purchasing an online ticket today, you will be able to select the visit date starting from tomorrow onwards.
How can I make a payment when I purchase an online ticket?
You can make a payment by credit card for purchasing online ticket.
How can I change my visit date after the payment has been made?
Guests can do a self-rescheduling after the payment has been made by signing in our website and edit the booking 1 day before the original visit date at the latest. If the payment has not been made yet, guests can create a new booking and leave the original booking unpaid. The original booking will then be cancelled automatically.
How can I get a tax invoice?
Please make a request for a tax invoice with our ticket officers upon redeeming the tickets. The ticket officers may ask you to come back and pick up the tax invoice later when you are about to leave the park.
How can I get inside the park after purchasing an online ticket?
Please present your national identification card or passport or driving license at the ticketing counter for ticket redemption before entering the park.

What are appropriate attires in the waterpark?
Siam Amazing Park is a family waterpark. Please wear appropriate traditional swim attires defined in all posted park rules and regulations. Provocative attire, street clothes, cut-offs, lingerie, underwear, boxer shorts, and clothing with rivets, snaps, buttons, belts, or metal ornamentation are not permitted. Visa credit cards and MasterCard are widely accepted in Siam Amazing Park with neither additional charges nor minimum payment required. However, please note that some of the shops/kiosks inside the park may accept cash only.
