All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport. You can bring small handbags.
All flights are private? What does it mean?
Yes, all our air tours are private. You can book a tour for minimum 2 and maximum 3 people. We will not include people you don’t know in your flight. If you have a larger group, we can allocate in different time.
Is there a weight limit?
According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, we cannot accommodate passengers weighing more than 280lbs (or 127kg). For groups of three passengers, total passenger weight should not exceed 600lbs (or 270kg).
How long in advance shall I arrive for my tour?
You should arrive 30 minutes in advance to the time your tour is reserved. Passengers failing to arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time might have their tour duration reduced or considered ‘no show’, with no refund.
Which transportation should I use to arrive at the Miami Executive Airport?
If you have a car, you can drive to CR Aviation, located inside Miami Executive Airport. There are free parking available. It is also very convenient to go by Uber, Lift or any type of taxi.
