How fit do I need to be?
You don’t need to be in really good shape. You should be reasonably fit and in good health. There is no pressure to train very hard. If you feel you’ve done enough, you can stop and rest at any time.
Do you accept women boxers?
Yes, female boxers are very welcome to train at Jun Muay Thai Gym.
Can I compete in a stadium fight against a Thai fighter?
We can organise that for you. Our instructors will check to see if you ready to fight.
My friend/partner doesn’t want to train. Is that a problem?
This is no problem at all.
Will I have to fight?
That is entirely up to you and your trainer. Many People decide to take up Muay Thai Kick boxing for many different reasons and not everyone wishes to compete.
