Is there a weight restriction?
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply. High flights are available to add to the flight experience for flyers who weigh 260 lbs or less. Contact your local iFLY for more information.

What is a High Flight?
With the purchase of the high flight, guests are able to fly higher and faster with their instructor than they would fly on their own and always receives rave reviews. The high flight occurs during one of the guest’s flights with notice from their instructor. For the safety of our guests and instructors, high flights are available to add as part of your flight experience for guests who weigh 260 lbs or less and may not be available to guests with other flight restrictions.
Do I have to do the training session?
All first-time flyers are required to take the training class. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position. If you’ve flown with us once within the last three months, you don’t have to do the training session again and can book a flight as a Return Flyer.
Can I eat before I fly?
Yes, feel free to eat before your scheduled flight session. You won’t get any feeling of motion sickness, nausea, or dropping feeling in your stomach.
Can I wear my glasses?
Yes. We have larger goggles that fit over eyeglasses.
