How does Westfield Direct work?
Westfield Direct works like an online marketplace, giving you access to trusted brands from all over Australia. You can browse the online range by category or brand, through our curated edits or by searching for something specific in the search bar. Simply add items to your cart and make your purchase with our seamless checkout experience. The Westfield Direct team will liaise with the brands to fulfil your order and either organise delivery to your door or send the order to your nominated Westfield centre so that you can Click & Collect - the choice is yours.

You can shop with Westfield Direct wherever you are. Choose to Click & Collect from any Westfield centre in Australia, or delivery is available nationwide.
Can I transfer funds on my gift card into my bank account?
Unfortunately, Westfield Gift Card does not have the functionality to be transferred into bank accounts.
For what amounts can I purchase a Gift Card?
Dependent on where you purchase a Westfield Gift Card the card can be loaded with different amounts. At a concierge desk at any of our Westfield centres - Any value between $10 and $500 Online via our website - Any value between $10 and $200 Online via our corporate website - Any value between $10 and $500 At a third party retailer (e.g. Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Australia Post) - Set values of $50 or $100
Where can I buy a Gift Card?
Westfield Gift Cards can be purchased online or at the Concierge Desk in any Westfield Shopping Centre in Australia. Westfield Gift Cards are also available for purchase at participating third-party retail partners such as Australia Post, Woolworths, Big W, Target and Coles.
Can I get my money refunded, exchange my Gift Card for cash or withdraw money?
Westfield Gift Cards are not refundable, exchangeable for cash or reloadable. Our Gift Cards are intended to be redeemed for products or experiences within participating retailers. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
What is the Westfield Digital Gift Card?
Sent via email and stored conveniently in your recipient’s digital wallet, the Westfield Digital Gift Card can be spent anywhere Apple Pay or Google Pay is accepted.
Can I cash in my Westfield Digital Gift Card?
Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions (such as bill payments, purchase of financial products or foreign currency, or gambling transactions), reloaded, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated to a new digital gift card.
