What is Meow Wolf?
Meow Wolf is an arts and entertainment company based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We create immersive, multimedia experiences that transport audiences of all ages into fantastic realms of storytelling. Our work is a combination of jungle gym, haunted house, children’s museum and immersive art exhibit. We established in 2008 as an art collective and our first permanent exhibit House of Eternal Return opened in Santa Fe in 2016. We opened our second permanent exhibit Omega Mart on February 18, 2021. Where did the name Meow Wolf come from?
We chose it together! At the very first meeting of the collective in 2008, everyone present put two words into a hat. We then picked two random words out of the hat and got “Meow Wolf” and thus, this whole wild experiment was born!
How many Meow Wolfs are there?
The House of Eternal Return in Santa Fe, NM is our original location. We have other Meow Wolf exhibition spaces: Omega Mart in Las Vegas opened on February 18, 2021, and Convergence Station in Denver opened on September 17, 2021. In 2019 we opened a dark ride, The Kaleidoscape, in Denver.

How does Meow Wolf get funding?
Meow Wolf has received economic development funds from the City of Santa Fe and the State of New Mexico as well as funding from private investors. Meow Wolf is also funded by its ticket sales, merchandise sales, and other revenue streams.
Is Meow Wolf a nonprofit?
No, Meow Wolf is not a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Meow Wolf is a Public Benefit Corporation (B corp) with a dual bottom line for social impact and profit.

Do I have to wait in line if it’s raining/snowing/etc.?
Our operations remain the same, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly for the possibility of inclement weather.
What’s the maximum number of tickets per order/customer?
For each order placed, you can purchase up to 14 tickets for General Admission, Children and Senior/Military*. *Requires 1 military or dependent ID per ticket
Does my whole party need to be together to check in?
Yes. No exceptions. If you are planning a visit and think members of your group might be arriving at different times, we suggest ordering your tickets separately.
Can I go to the bar/cafe or the gift shop instead of waiting in line?
No. You can only visit the bar/cafe area and the gift shop once you have been checked in and granted access to the exhibit.
Can we take pictures and video?
Yes, take as many as you like! Photos and media taken inside of Meow Wolf are permitted for personal use only. The display or sale of any such media is strictly prohibited. Please note that GoPros and other professional-grade photography equipment are prohibited.
Can you look up my reservation for me if I’ve lost my ticket or haven't been able to print it?
Yes! We encourage everyone to have the QR code ready to be scanned via smartphone.
What if I haven’t purchased a ticket online in advance?
Visit our website and look for the next time slot opening, purchase a ticket, and return for your check-in time!
How does Timed Ticketing work?
Timed Ticketing allows our guests to purchase tickets online for entry to Meow Wolf for a specific hour of the day. Time slots are made available every 20 minutes after the exhibit opens. When purchasing your ticket(s) online, you can select from any check-in time that is not sold out*. Note: To provide the best experience with minimal wait times, for every guest, we sell a set number of tickets for each time slot.
Can I bring my stroller/luggage/backpack into the exhibit?
No. Please leave all strollers, luggage, backpacks, bulky coats and other large items in your vehicle. If you are unable to leave them in a vehicle, in Santa Fe we have limited token operated lockers available in the lobby, and a stroller parking area outside. In Las Vegas, we do not have these facilities, so you'll need to make another arrangement. Meow Wolf is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Change of plans?
You can change your ticket up to 1 hour before you visit with no change fee. To do this, go to the “Change your visit time” button in your ticket confirmation email. If you don’t see it in the email, scroll to the bottom of the email and click “view tickets online” then click the “Change your visit time” button. Additional costs will apply for dates with higher ticket prices. If you are looking to add tickets to your visit time you will need to go to tickets.meowwolf.com and purchase more for the time you want. Does Meow Wolf give refunds?
We do not give refunds or credits for tickets unless necessitated due to COVID-related issues. However, tickets purchased through meowwolf.com can be changed up to 24 hours prior to arrival with no change fee to modify. An additional cost applies for dates with higher ticket prices or to change to a different ticket type. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.
