Will I need to bring anything?
Socks We have shoe-free, sock-only zones. If you forget to bring yours, buy a pair at reception. A change of clothes OliOli®️ kids sometimes get wet in the water gallery, so you might want to bring a towel and a change of clothes.
Can I get around in a wheelchair?
Yes, we have a lift between levels and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.
Do you have baby facilities?
Baby changing stations are provided in the accessible bathroom and in the ladies’ restrooms. Mums who are breastfeeding can use our nursing room, which is on the ground floor.
Can I bring my stroller in?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your stroller! Although during busy times or when space is limited, we may ask you to keep it in our dedicated stroller space near reception.
Where can I drop my kids off?
Not here, please! We designed OliOli®️ to help families play and bond together. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
What if my child gets over-tired?
For families who need a spot to relax, we have a quiet room located on the first floor.
Can I bring our puppy along?
We love animals but they’re not allowed at OliOli®️ for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can I bring snacks for the kids?
Yes, as long as you only take it into the café. This keeps galleries, exhibits and installations hygienic, clean and safe.
