All of our stations are operational except for The Pointe, which will open in 2021.
What are the operating times?
Operating times are from 9am to 10pm, with a time gap of 6 minutes between every departure.
How much is a one-day ticket?

Can I bring my bike/scooter on the monorail?

Can I bring my pet on the monorail?
No, pets are not allowed inside the Monorail.
What is the time interval/waiting time for each trip?
The time gap between every departure is 15 minutes.
What is the total capacity of the monorail per trip?
It is a maximum of 419 during crush load time.
How many passengers can ride on the monorail per trip?
302 passengers can ride the monorail at the normal maximum load time.

Are there any buses from any metro station connecting to the monorail?
No RTA busses are connected, but the Dubai Tram is the closest one.
What is the capacity during Covid?
Your safety always comes first. During current times, the maxium capacity is 200 people.
Who owns the palm monorail?
It is owned and managed by Nakheel.
Can we park in the monorail's parking even if we are not using it?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to park if you are not using the monorail.
