Al Ghuwair is one of the many places that are part of the Al Gharb region in Sharjah. It is best known as a busy market place near the Rolla Area and is best suited for those who love a busy, urban life. This area is inhabited by experienced people, especially singleton and small families. Al Ghuwair is characterized by low and middle residential buildings with shops on the ground and many nearby markets. The area has available rental shops and a few residential apartments, but there are no apartments in the area. Al Ghuwair attracts buyers and tourists alike as it is close to many tourist attractions. People living in Al Ghuwair can easily find just about anywhere. Al Ghuwair is the most popular region in Sharjah although it is one of the oldest places in the city. Another popular location, the Rolla Area is often considered part of Al Ghuwair as it is close to the neighborhood. It is a central and densely populated area with many shops in the area. Al Ghuwair is known for its costumes and a wide range of inexpensive stores. Citizens have easy access to shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and other basic facilities.
PROPERTY
The buildings at Al Ghuwair are a combination of low, medium, and high-rise buildings. Most of the buildings have low-rise shops, especially with salons, baqalas (small restaurants) and restaurants. The district is a popular shopping mall with many shops offering clothing, electronics, gadgets and kitchen items. The area has a lot of commercial areas compared to residential areas. Al Rolla Bus Stop lies in the public area where buses E306 and E307 stop. Apart from Al Rolla Bus Stop, three more bus stops are approaching including Sharjah Al Jubail Bus Stop and Old Gold Souq Bus Stop. They both drove 7 minutes from the scene. Buses operating at the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Emirates also stop at Al Rolla Bus Stop. Traveling by taxi or private car is always the fastest way.
SUPERMARKETS
There are lists of supermarkets in Al Ghuwair. Citizens do not have to go to other places to get their food needs. In addition to the number of baqalas in the buildings, there are supermarkets in Al Ghuwair namely, Gharb Al Madina Supermarket, Giant Supermarket, Fathima Supermarket and Al Safeer Supermarket. Al Safeer is the largest supermarket chain operating in the entire UAE. It mainly stores food and household products including meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, beverages and spices. Al Saha Al Shifa Daycare Hospital is a famous surgical hospital from Saudi Arabia. It is run by the Yasmin Group and provides low-quality medical techniques and services to all its patients.Thumbay Daycare Hospital Rolla is another major community hospital near Al Arouba Road. It has several buildings throughout the UAE. It is a well-known healthcare center that works with Gulf Medical University. NMC Medical Center Rolla is ranked among the leading medical providers in the UAE. A special center equipped with modern health care facilities. The NMC complex in Al Ghuwair received the 2008-2009 Sharjah Economic Excellence Award. Other medical clinics in Al Ghuwair include Premier Medical Center, Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Center and Abrahams Medical Center.
MALLS
For people who like to negotiate, the best place to shop is Al Ghuwair. There are a variety of shops and supermarkets in Al Ghuwair where one can shop as the prices are not expensive. It is an old market place and has been around for the past three decades. Souq Al Ghuwair or Al Ghuwair Market is known as a shopping center for everyone. From clothing to electronics, cosmetics and kitchen items, one can see anything in the narrow lines of this market. It is a great place to shop for those who like to shop from the traditional bazaar in the UAE. The Rolla Mall is a small five-storey complex, a public complex in Al Ghuwair. It has various salons and electrical outlets inside, as well as other retail stores. The Oasis Mall is a large shopping mall, within a 10-minute drive. It was built in 2009 and has 97 stores selling over 57,000 sq. M. Ft. It has a restaurant, cafeteria, and adequate parking lots for tourists.
RESTAURANTS
One can find a variety of food options including many restaurants and restaurants in Al Ghuwair. Many Pakistani and Indian restaurants operating in this area are budget-friendly. CHURCHES, TEMPLE AND MOSQUES
It is a densely populated area of many religions. Fortunately, there are several temples, churches and mosques near Al Ghuwair. Al Yarmook is no less than 10 minutes from where one can see many churches including the Church of the Living God, Apostolic Church, Emirates Christian Church and St. All of this and more is within 10 minutes of driving. There are no temples in Sharjah, but fortunately Dubai is close to Al Ghuwair which makes it easy for Hindu believers to visit one of the temples established in Dubai. Shiridi Sai Baba Mandir, Shiva Temple and Shree Krishna Haveli are 30 minutes by car. Sikh gurudwaras are also located in the same area as Bur Dubai, half an hour away. Al Ghuwair is full of temples. Hamza Ibn Abdul Muttalib Mosque is located near the Rolla Mall. There is another mosque in Al Ghuwair on Al Mussa Al Ashari Street. Other nearby temples include the Othman Ibn Affan Mosque within 3 minutes and the Khan Saheb Mosque in Al Nabba.
SCHOOLS
It is a busy commercial center and has many shops and shops. Therefore, citizens can find many educational options and schools near Al Ghuwair. Options for young children include Baby Garden Nursery, Al Aman Nursery and Baby Land Nursery. Emirates Private School is available in a 4-minute car.
