No. Anyone that wants to experience TILT must first purchase an admission ticket to the observation deck.
What's included in General Admission?
A GA ticket gets you admission to the observation deck. This includes access to our Skywalk, BAR 94, the ability to use our interactive touchscreens, and the chance to purchase a ticket to TILT.
Does everyone need a ticket?
Yes, everyone needs a ticket to visit 360 CHICAGO. Children under 3 are free.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable in cases of inclement weather. 360 CHICAGO remains open during all weather conditions year-round, including zero visibility conditions. While views are subject to change rain or shine, your visit can still be spent enjoying our other features. Do I need to reserve a time for Go City/Go Card?
Advance reservation are currently unavailable. Go City/Go card holders must redeem their admission at the ticketing desk upon arrival, based on availability. We highly Go City/Go Card holder to visit us and redeem their admission Monday-Thursday as we are often selling out Friday-Sunday and Holiday weekends.
