What's the studio like?
Our studios are open and lobby-free. Please use the cubbies to store any belongings, and take off your shoes as soon as you enter to help us keep the studios clean!
What if I left something at the studio?
We keep all valuables nice and safe at the front desk. Unclaimed items will be donated, so please come by the studio immediately to pick up what was left behind.
Can I practice if I’m pregnant?
Please consult with your doctor or birth coach before attending a class. Most of our classes are heated and might not be suitable for those expecting.
Do you have showers?
The only locations that have showers are the Lover’s location in Dallas and the Fannin location in Houston.
Are all the classes heated?
Most of our classes are heated to over 90 degrees. Please feel free to step outside at any time for some fresh air if the heat gets to be too much, and stay hydrated throughout class. For those who have existing medical conditions or are wondering whether you can practice in the heat, please first consult with your doctor. Note, our Yin & Chill classes are not heated.
What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a towel, water and yoga mat to every class. Most classes are heated and we want you to stay safe and hydrated! If you do not own or forget these items, we have them at the studio for purchase.
