Is my club open?
In line with the new circular issued by the TR Ministry of Interior, as of June 1, we took all necessary actions and reopened the covered doors of our clubs. For our current club-based working hours, you can follow our club detail pages on marsathletic.com and MAC mobile application.
What are the measures taken within the scope of Covid-19 in my club?
All extra precautions are taken in our clubs to protect the health of you and our employees, within the rules set by the Ministry. The measures taken are as follows: We Have Maximized Our Hygiene Policy With Additional Precautions and Regulations. We disinfect all our clubs with nanoclear technology. We regularly disinfect our studios after each lesson and all our equipment after each use at the highest level. We have placed hand sanitizer for you at certain points of the club. We increased the general cleaning frequency of the club. We disinfect areas with high contact frequency, such as door handles, frequently during the day. We regularly disinfect our cabinets for you. We maintain social distance for your health. We arranged the placement of all equipment according to the social distance rules. We have regulated the use of lockers to maintain social distance. Will I wear a mask during sports?
The use of masks is mandatory at club entrances, within the rules set by the Ministry. There is no obligation to use masks during sports.
How many people can do sports at the same time in the clubs?
Membership figures for our clubs will be regulated in line with the decisions of the Ministry. You can check the instant availability of your club and nearby clubs with our density status application via the MAC Mobile Application.
Will group lessons be held?
Our group lessons are held in line with the ministry's decision, by regulating the number of people in the studio and maintaining the 2 meter social distance rule.
What are the actions to be taken in terms of memberships for the months when the club is closed?
No membership fee was charged to you during the period we were closed, and memberships were frozen with all rights reserved. In annual memberships, unused months are added to the end of the membership date.
Will there be a change in the working hours of the clubs during this period?

Will there be contactless entry at club entrances?
In order for you to be able to do sports in a healthy way in the new period, entrances to our clubs will only be made with the new QR code system. You can access your QR code from the Mars Athletic Club application.
What are our expectations from members during this period?

HOW CAN I ENTER THE CLUB?
Your MAC application login password is in the e-mail you receive when your membership is complete. After downloading it to your smartphone, you can log in to the application using your member information. You can create your QR code by clicking the "Log In" tab on the application screen and complete your check-in process with our turnstile screen, and enter our club without contact.
CAN I FROST MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can freeze your membership from the member portal, which you can access by logging in from the portal.marsathletic.com link or by clicking the "Membership Information" menu from the MAC Application. You have the right to freeze for 30 days free of charge and 60 days for paid subscriptions for monthly flexible memberships and 6-month subscriptions.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
For membership cancellation, you can submit your request from the member portal, which you can access by logging in from the portal.marsathletic.com link or clicking the "Membership Information" menu from the MAC Application. You can request cancellation by going to your club up to 2 days before the day you become a member. (For example: If you registered on October 20, you can submit a cancellation request until the 18th of each month, in this example, the cancellation request you submit on the 19th or 20th will be processed for the next month.) You can terminate your membership in the last month of your membership in contracted memberships, and in every new month in monthly flexible memberships, without paying an additional fee for cancellation requests you make as stated above. If you have a 'pay or installment registered' membership and you want to cancel your membership before it expires; The special discount amount for these memberships is calculated over the months you are a member and the membership participation fee is added to this amount. The total amount will be subtracted from your membership fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. You can see your refund amount when submitting a cancellation request on the member portal. If you have a 'monthly paid monthly subscription' subscription and you wish to cancel your subscription before it expires, you can find the applicable conditions here. HOW CAN I PAY MY MEMBERSHIP FEE?
You can only pay your membership fee with a credit card and one of Akbank, Yapı Kredi, İşbank, Ziraat Bankası, Finansbank and Garanti Bankası Bankamatik (debit) cards. Since you have completed your membership transactions through the online system, cash payments cannot be made.
WHEN WILL THE MEMBERSHIP FEE BE CHARGED FROM MY CREDIT CARD?
If you became a member before October 1, 2019; For monthly memberships, the membership fee of the next month is automatically charged to your credit card on the last day of each month. For annual memberships in advance or in installments, the membership fee is charged to your card when your membership starts. If you became a member after October 1, 2019; On which day of the month you became a member, the membership fee will be charged to your card 1 day before the next month. The same conditions apply for annual memberships with monthly payments. For annual memberships in cash or in installments, the membership fee is charged to your card when your membership starts.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MEMBERSHIP IF MY MEMBERSHIP FEES CANNOT BE CHARGED FROM MY CREDIT CARD?
For monthly memberships, you cannot enter the club if your membership fee cannot be withdrawn from your card. An attempt is made to collect the unpaid or accumulated membership fee from your card. If the collection is successful, you can start using the club again. If no collection is made for two months, your membership will be terminated at the end of the second month. You can reach the conditions that will apply in cases where your membership fee cannot be withdrawn for monthly and annual memberships .
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP INVOICES?
Your invoices are issued at the end of the relevant month and are sent to your e-mail address as an e-invoice in the second week of the following month.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES?
As of October 1, if your membership type is a monthly flexible membership, your membership will continue unless you cancel it. In our contracted memberships, if you do not renew or apply for cancellation in the last month of your membership, your membership will continue as a monthly flexible membership.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER CLUB?
You can transfer membership to another club with the same concept. All you have to do is go to the club you are a member of and indicate this.
CAN I USE ALL MAC CLUBS?
We have a pyramid system that sets the entry rules at our MAC clubs. Our members can use Kanyon, Ortaköy, G-Mall/Zorlu, Göktürk/Panora, Akmerkez, Suadiye/Vadi İstanbul, Akaretler, Emaar, Brandium and all MACFit clubs, respectively, excluding the club usage rights mentioned before.

You can create your "first assessment" appointment, which includes many comprehensive analyzes, immediately after your membership process is completed. In line with the data obtained after the first assessment appointment, the "first program" appointment, which you will apply with our trainers and which is recommended to be applied for 2 months, will be created by our reception department. WHY DO I HAVE TO TURN ON MY LOCATION SERVICES?

WHY IS THE INFORMATION OF HOW LONG I STAYED IN THE CLUB RECORDED?
