How can I book a game?
All game bookings are made online through our web site, using our secure payment platform.
What is the age limit?
Mystery Escape Games can be played by adults and 10 years old kids and above. Nevertheless, players under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult per game room.
Is it necessary to perform any physical effort during the game?
No, there is no need to perform any physical effort during the game.
Is it required any specific knowledge to play the game?
No specific knowledge is necessary, other than common sense logic, out of the box thinking, creativity, and tons of team spirit. Our adaptive skills program is suitable to all levels.

How many people per game?
We accept from 3 to 7 people per game room. We have 4 rooms availables (3 identical).
Will you lock the room during the game?
Yes. However, the room has an emergency button located near the door that will allow you to leave any time, in case of an emergency. Additionally, Mystery Escape continuously monitors the room during the whole game to guarantee your security.
Will you record us during the game?
No. The room is equipped with cameras to make the game smoother and monitor in case of any emergency. There will be no video, or tape recording of any kind!
Am I allowed to book several game rooms at the same time?
Yes, please check our booking platform to check our availability or you can also give us a call. Mystery Escape has 4 game rooms (3 of them are identical) to accommodate up to 28 players simultaneously.
How much time before the game should we arrive?
All players are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the game starts. The actual game time will always be limited to 60 minutes. You will need this extra time for briefing before the game starts and we don’t want you to miss any valuable game time.
Is the game offered in different languages?
Yes, Mystery Escape Games are available in Catalan, Spanish and English. Mystery Escape employees can also give you support in French.
What is Mystery Escape Games price policy for a game?
Our game prices will vary, depending on the team size (3-5 people) and the time slot you book for. Special rates apply from Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 14:00. Please check the online booking platform for more information, and do not hesitate to contact us.
What options of payment do you accept?

May I change a schedule, or cancel my booking?
Unfortunately it is not possible. Mystery Escape is a live event! Our rooms are specially arranged for your team. Once your booking has been confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are possible.
