Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, due to state and federal regulations, your furry friends are not allowed into the zoo, however, service animals are welcome on zoo grounds under the care of their owner. San Antonio Zoo asks that all guests with service animals check in with our Guest Experience office (located at the main entrance to the right of the ticket booths) for a check-in process.
What is San Antonio Zoo's Photo Policy?
During your visit to the zoo, you may have been filmed or photographed. Your admission to the zoo serves as permission for use of these images. The commercial use of photographs, video, and film you may have taken during your visit is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of San Antonio Zoo.
What are random bag checks?
For the safety of our guests, zoo crew, and animals, our Zoo Ranger team reserves the right to inspect packages, bags and containers at Entry Point.
Does the zoo have a lost and found?
Guests to San Antonio Zoo are asked to claim or report lost items at Guest Relations located by our ticket booths. Guest can also email San Antonio Zoo at information@sazoo.org to inquire about a lost items. Kiddie Park ride attendants are not responsible for articles left on ride platforms. San Antonio Zoo is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
