FAQ's

Is there an age limit?

If you can walk you can jump with us! Sky Zone welcomes people of all ages, *sizes and physical abilities. All jumpers must be able to follow our rules. Jumpers under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in park. *please note our weight limit is 300lbs max.

Do I need to bring special footwear?

Sky Zone has specially designed awesome SkySocks to enhance your jumping experience. No SkySocks, no jumping!

Can I jump with my kids?

At Sky Zone we keep it safe! Our team members reserve the right to move guests around to different courts or different sections of courts for safety Jumpers under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in park.

How do we reserve a jump time?

Walk-ins are welcome anytime, but we do have a capacity limit! Pre-purchased tickets for individuals and smaller groups are recommended in order to guarantee (when available) your jump time, and can be purchased by the buy tickets link; reservation fees apply.

Can I bring my own food?

Why would you want to? We have plenty of delicious snacks inside!

Do I need to complete a waiver in order to jump?

Yes. Every guest inside the park needs to sign a liability waiver at each Sky Zone location. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you, but does not have to be present when you visit the park. Waivers can be filled out online or downloaded on your local Sky Zone’s website.

If I completed a waiver once do I need to bring one again?

Our general rule is that valid/legible waivers for walk-in customers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea to bring a new one or call ahead to see if your waiver remains valid. You must have the specific waiver completed for the actual Sky Zone park you are visiting (a Sky Zone waiver at one park is not valid at a different park). But don’t worry, you can complete your waiver online before getting to the park.
