FAQ's

Do we have a parking garage?

Beneath our building, there is a parking garage with plenty of parking spots available if you are coming by car. When you show your parking card at the check-in, you'll receive another barcode that will give you a 15% discount on your parking costs!

Which stop to use for public transport?

Take stop Europaplein metro, tram and bus to arrive across the door of our entrance. Or take the train to station RAI (5min. walk) We are located right across the RAI convention centre.

What should I bring?

Come as you are, bring your phone and/or your camera and a good mood. If you have more stuff, you can store it in our free lockers at the entrance.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No, we only sell tickets online.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

No, tickets are personal. If you need help, just contact us.

What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?

Please arrive earliest 15 minutes before the time of your reservation.

How long does it usually take to go through the upside down?

Normally it takes you 1,5 - 2 hours.

Is the exhibit self-guided?

Yes, you can visit the experience completely by yourself. We have staff available to help you to get the most out of your experience though.

Is The Upside Down ADA friendly?

Yes, The Upside Down is disability friendly - you can bring a wheelchair.

Is The Upside Down appropriate for all ages?

Yes, but if you are under the age of 12 you have to be accompanied by an adult. One adult can accompany 2 kids.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, you can!

Are there any bathrooms?

Yes, we have plenty of bathrooms next to the Café at the ground floor.

Do you have kids rates?

Kids 0-2 years old can come for free. From 3-11 years we have a discounted rate for starting times between 12PM-19PM hours on Wednesday and 10AM-14PM on Saturday and Sunday. Age 12 and up pay the regular ticket price.
