Answer: The Studio Tour is now open five days a week, closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
What areas of the studio does the tour visit?
Answer: As a working film and TV studio, some areas of the lot may not be available for visitation due to production requirements. The tour route may vary daily based on the studio’s production needs. Your tour begins at the Storytelling Showcase at our welcome center where you will learn about the nearly 100-year history of the studio. After you watch a brief introductory film, you will meet one of our expert tour guides who will take you on to the back lot in one of our custom tour carts. You will explore back-lot sets and other production areas and learn how we bring stories to life on the big and small screen. The midway point of the tour is Stage 48: Script to Screen, where you will start the self-guided portion of the tour and explore the actual Central Perk set from Friends, the Big Bang Theory sets, Classic Costumes and explore the Art of Sound in our Post Production Area. Dining is available at our newly expanded Central Perk Café where you can enjoy our New York deli-inspired menu in recreations of your favorite Friends sets. Once you finish at Stage 48, you will make your way to our grand finale, Action and Magic Made Here, where you can explore recreated sets, props and costumes from the DC Universe and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts. How long do the tours last?
Answer: You can expect the total Studio Tour experience, including the guided portion and self-guided areas to last about 3 hours. You will spend about 1hr with your guide on the normal tour and the remainder will be self-paced. Our guides are located throughout the self-guided experiences to answer any questions you may have about the Studio. Plan to spend about 2 hours between Stage 48, Action and Magic Made Here, and The Studio Store.
Is photography allowed at the studio?
Answer: Your knowledgeable guide will advise which areas of the Studio Tour are permitted for photography. As it is a working film studio, we hope you can keep some of our secrets. Video is not permitted. For media relations, please click our media relations page.

Where can taxis or ride-share cars (Lyft or Uber) pick-up and drop-off?
Answer: If traveling to the studio by a taxi or a ride-share app, please request your drop off location at 3400 Warner Blvd., Burbank, CA 91505. This will have you dropped off directly in front of the Tour Welcome Center in the loading zone on Warner Blvd.
How early should I arrive to the studio for my scheduled tour and what do I need to bring to check-in?
Answer: Plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to your designated tour time to give yourself enough time to park and check-in. Note that each guest is required to pass through a metal detector and produce a form of legal photo identification prior to entering the premises. Please do not bring large bags.
Are guide dogs allowed on tour?
Answer: Yes, we welcome registered service dogs on studio tours. If you plan to bring a registered service dog, please contact the Tour Center before your visit by calling +1 (818) 977-8687. Please note that other animals and pets are not allowed on studio tours.
Are there any American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters available for Studio Tour guests?

I require the use of a wheelchair. Can the tour tram accommodate my wheelchair?
Answer: In most cases, the answer is yes. We have carts designed to accommodate most wheelchairs. Please contact the Tour Center at +1 (877) 492-8687 ahead of time and we will have one of these trams ready for you. Some larger, electric wheelchair models are not safe to put on these vehicles and in such instances, we will conduct the tour without the use of the carts. We also have wheelchairs available for loan at the Tour Center free of charge.
