OVERVIEW:
Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi is an Emirati-themed waterfront located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the park is home to more than 40 passengers, slides, and attractions, including Bubble’s Barrel, Rush Rider, and Bandit Bomber which is the longest roller coaster set up in the Middle East more than 550 meters long. The park is located on more than 15 hectares of land. The park was developed by Aldar Properties and supported by Blackburn Share Holdings. Its theme is based on the first story about a brave girl named Dana, who goes on a journey to retrieve a lost pearl (due to a severe storm) that used to bring prosperity to her village. During his voyage, the little warrior is supported and led by animals, such as the dolphin, the hen, and the camel, while he is followed by robbers and a snake seeking a pearl. The story ends with her tears of innocence falling to the oasis which leads to the emergence of a beautiful pearl that fills the city, restoring the beauty of its inhabitants again. The theme is clear in the construction of the parks with their pearls that are visible outside the water park.
All the characters, shops, and restaurants are also based on the story. The waterpark has been participating in the World Flowboarding Championships since 2013. The park offers special training sessions to learn to ride the waves on body boards called the Yas Flow League. Yas Waterworld is owned and operated by Pharaoh Experiences LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Miral Asset Management LLC. The waterpark has received numerous awards and awards. The most recent award was the “Best New Menu Item” for Yas Twister ice-cream presented by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) in November 2017.

Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult in charge, who holds a valid entry ticket; Children 3 years and under may enter the Park for free according to Yas Water World (By Switch); Junior is considered 1.1m for the park and 1.3m for ticket lengths for most of the parks.
