Museum

Dubai’s first experiential play museum, OliOli, is an innovative and interactive space for children to explore, learn, and have fun. Located in Al Quoz, the museum is designed to spark creativity and imagination, with a variety of hands-on exhibits and activities that encourage kids to experiment, problem-solve, and discover new things.

OliOli is divided into eight different galleries, each with its own theme and focus. The galleries are designed to engage children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, with activities and exhibits that cater to different interests and learning styles. Some of the galleries include:

  1. Air: This gallery features a range of exhibits related to air and flight, including a wind tunnel, paper plane station, and a giant ball pit filled with inflatable balloons.
  2. Toshi’s Nets: This exhibit is a multi-level climbing structure with rope bridges, tunnels, and slides. It’s designed to challenge kids’ physical abilities and encourage them to take risks and push their limits.
  3. Future Park: This gallery is an interactive digital playground, with interactive projections and games that allow children to create and explore their own virtual worlds.
  4. Creative Lab: This gallery is all about art and creativity, with a range of activities that encourage kids to experiment with different materials and techniques.
  5. Toddler Town: This gallery is designed specifically for younger children, with exhibits and activities that are safe and age-appropriate.

In addition to its galleries, OliOli also offers a variety of workshops and classes, ranging from art and science to music and dance. These classes are taught by experienced educators and are designed to promote learning and skill-building in a fun and engaging way.

One of the unique features of OliOli is its focus on experiential learning. The museum’s exhibits and activities are designed to promote hands-on, immersive experiences that allow children to learn through exploration and discovery. This approach to learning is proven to be more effective and engaging than traditional classroom-based learning, as it allows children to connect with concepts and ideas on a deeper level.

Overall, OliOli is a fantastic destination for families with children of all ages. With its innovative exhibits, engaging activities, and focus on experiential learning, the museum offers a unique and enriching experience for children, as well as a fun and relaxing environment for parents to enjoy.

FAQ's

Will I need to bring anything?

Socks We have shoe-free, sock-only zones. If you forget to bring yours, buy a pair at reception. A change of clothes OliOli®️ kids sometimes get wet in the water gallery, so you might want to bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Can I get around in a wheelchair?

Yes, we have a lift between levels and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom on the ground floor.

Do you have baby facilities?

Baby changing stations are provided in the accessible bathroom and in the ladies’ restrooms. Mums who are breastfeeding can use our nursing room, which is on the ground floor.

Can I bring my stroller in?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your stroller! Although during busy times or when space is limited, we may ask you to keep it in our dedicated stroller space near reception.

Where can I drop my kids off?

Not here, please! We designed OliOli®️ to help families play and bond together. All children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).

What if my child gets over-tired?

For families who need a spot to relax, we have a quiet room located on the first floor.

Can I bring our puppy along?

We love animals but they’re not allowed at OliOli®️ for hygiene and safety reasons.

Can I bring snacks for the kids?

Yes, as long as you only take it into the café. This keeps galleries, exhibits and installations hygienic, clean and safe.

This is the best place for kids in Dubai! It's not only having fun but also designed for their learning and my son can stay there the whole day! The staff is well trained to deal with toddlers and explain to them the concepts !!. I 100% recommend this place is clean artistic and super fun + the staff is very friendly.
