Tu subscription a Culers Premium Membership are automatically renewed at the end of the billing period. You will be able to find all information about your subscription and manage renewals, cancelations and payment methods in the ‘My Account’ section of the website and app.
For how long is my Culers Premium Membership valid?
Culers Premium Memberships are valid for one year, 365 days from the subscription date once the trial period has ended.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You will be able to modify or cancel your subscription in the “My Account” section of the website and app. The cancelation will be effective once the current billing period ends.
How long will my Premium Membership card take to arrive?
The card is sent the week after you subscribe and can usually take up to four weeks to arrive, depending on the country it is being sent to. Due to the coronavirus emergency, deliveries may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Does my card have a tracking number?
No, cards as sent by regular mail and there is no tracking system.
A month has gone by and my card still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

How does the 1 euro donation to the Foundation work?
We have always supported the Barça Foundation and we have decided to donate €1 for every subscription to Culers Premium Membership. You don’t have to do anything. A part of your subscription fee will be used to help disadvantaged children and young people. We will let you know about the programmes that are happening thanks to your contribution.
What types of Premium Membership are available?
There are currently two types of physical pack available: Culers Pack and Azulgrana Pack.
What do the packs contain?
The Culers Pack contains: your personalised Culer card, a badge, a key-ring and a limited series shirt in a special design that’s exclusive to purchasers of this pack. The Azulgrana Pack contains: your personalised Culer card, a badge, a key-ring and the official home kit for this season.
How long will my Premium Membership pack take to arrive?
Your Premium Membership pack will be sent the week after subscribing and usually takes about 24-48 hours to arrive, depending on the country. As soon as it leaves our warehouse you will receive a mail from our courier.
Does my pack have a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as the pack leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from our courier with the tracking code.
What countries are Premium Membership packs sent to?
At the moment, they can only be sent to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and countries of the European Union.
How are packs renewed?
If you subscribe by buying one of the physical packs, at the end of a year’s subscription, the basic Premium Membership will be renewed automatically without the physical pack.
I’ve changed my mind. Is there an opt-out?
The Premium Membership subscription policy does not cover any opt-out possibilities. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you will need to go to “My Account” and cancel it. The cancellation will only come into effect at the end of the current invoice period.
Can I send a pack back?
As this is a subscriber product, one you’ve received the pack, you cannot send it back.
A message appears telling me that I must validate my email address
When you create a new account, it’s necessary to validate your registered email account. Should you not do this upon completing your registration, your account will be blocked. To receive another verification email, you will have to introduce your credentials in the login pace. A message will appear with the option of receiving another verification email.

Check that you have introduced both your email and password correctly. Should you not remember it, you may reset your password on the login page.

How can I apply a discount code?
You can apply your discount code during the payment process, introducing it in the specific section. The discount amount will be subtracted from the total.
How can I receive an invoice for my subscription?
You will be able to receive the invoice related to your subscription by contacting our customer support service, providing us with the necessary details: firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve changed my mind. Can I exercise my right to return?
According to the BarçaTV+ contract policy, the subscription does not have the right to return. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you should access the “My Account” section and cancel. Cancelation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
