At the City of Science and Industry, you can also be awestruck by shows at the planetarium devoted to stars and astrophysics, or watch a screening at the Geode. And nothing beats a relaxing stroll in La Villette Park, along the quiet Ourcq Canal, to unwind after all that excitement!

Aside from exhibitions, the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie holds a variety of conventions and gatherings. There are other research laboratories in the complex, where considerable science and technological research is conducted all year. The City of Science and Industry also offers a children’s section, which allows young minds to pique their interest in science and technology.
The museum’s planetarium, which is equipped with high-resolution projection equipment to transport visitors to the edge of the universe, is open to the public. Aside from that, the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie has a Louis-Lumière cinema that shows animated movies and other short films to pique the interest of visitors.
The huge Science and Industry Museum/Center in Paris (Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie) is a lovely place to spend a morning or afternoon studying, discovering, and having fun. This expansive center, which is geared at youngsters ages 2 to 18, features a variety of thematic attractions and areas, as well as an amazing planetarium.
The museum tackles topics as diverse as physics, geography, geometry, media and technology, space exploration, engineering and remarkable inventions, and human anatomy through permanent and temporary exhibition spaces organized by the target age group. Close to the main hub, there’s even a large reflective geodesic dome containing a panorama theatre, giving the entire complex a future appearance—if one that, strangely, is already starting to feel a little obsolete.
