There is no entrance fee, you pay only for the sports facilities you book and use.

What sort of clothing is acceptable across the venue?
Visitors are encouraged to dress modestly and appropriately while at the venue.
Where are the washrooms located?

No. Dubai Sports World welcomes all ages, however please make sure children that are not attending an academy are accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Can I rent sports equipment?
We have a limited availability of equipment this year. In case of lost or damaged equipment, the user will be financially responsible for its replacement. We always recommend bringing your own equipment where possible, as we cannot guarantee availability at the time of booking. Below is a list of equipment available in limited numbers. No, there is strictly no smoking inside the venue.
Can I watch the games, as a spectator?
Yes. Spectators are welcome to Dubai Sports World. All guests and spectators must check-in. We encourage everyone to download the Dubai Sports World App for a smoother and fast entry to the venue. Only registered visitors are permitted to access the facility.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable. However, booking can be amended online at least 72 hours prior to the date of your booking, changes will only be accepted for same sport, court and pitch type and rate conditions. Find out more about Dubai Sports World’s terms and conditions here.
Can I get a refund if I miss my booking time?
Unfortunately refunds will not be given for late arrivals. We encourage you to arrive early in order to check in and get your session started on time.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Bookings can be transferred to another player or a new time as long as it is 48 hours prior to booking time slot.
If I use only half of the time of my allocated hour, can I get a refund for the other half?
No, this isn’t possible.
Can I change my booking and choose a different pitch?
Yes, you can do this yourself 72 hours before the initial booking as long as it is for the same sport or pitch and pending availability.
How can I change a booking?
To change a booking, please make sure you are logged in to your DSW Profile. Go to the My Bookings tab where you will see a list of bookings that you have made. Click View on the booking you wish to change and you will see a list of bookings. If any of those bookings are within the 72-hour time period, there will be a Change button. Select the new date and time and as long as the changes are for the same sport/pitch type and rate. Please email us at DubaiSport[email protected] for any help or if you are facing issues online.
Is there a place inside the venue where I can purchase food/drink?
Yes there are F&B outlets that are accessible within Dubai Sports World.
Do you have an EMS (Emergency Medical Services) team at the venue?
Yes. The EMS team is available on call from 8am to 10pm. They will also be available onsite during competitions and tournaments should they take place in the future. There is a first-aid kit available at the registration counter or you can also seek assistance from a Dubai Sports World member of staff at all times.
Where do I go if I get injured while using the facilities at the venue?
Please contact a member of the Dubai Sports World member of staff and they will assist you immediately.
Is there a Lost and Found section?
Yes. The Lost and Found section is in a secured area. You can visit the Registration Counter located at the entrance of Zabeel Hall 6 to claim any lost items. Any lost items at the venue can be reported to the Lost and Found Office located above Hall 8.
