Wadi Bih is a river/ward that crosses the mountains north and west of Hajar from the United Arab Emirates, crossing Oman before returning to the UAE. From West to East, from Fujairah in the Gulf, before crossing the Omani border at the end of the Musandam Peninsula, it passes through the Zighi Valley to Fujairah in Dibba Al-Hisn, Gulf of Oman. One of the top things you should do at Wadi Bih is undoubted, Wadi Bih Run. The ultra-marathon was started by John Gregory and John Young in 1993. Even after more than two decades, the transfer race is popular and attracts hundreds of participants each year. The next Ward Bih Run race will be held at the two spectacular Dibba and Hatta venues.
